- Harassment and abuse
Using the platform to harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate any individual or group.
- Illegal activities
Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws.
- Circumventing rate limits or security measures
Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with rate limiting, authentication, or other security features.
- Excessive data scraping or harvesting
Scraping, harvesting, or collecting data beyond the intended use of our lead enrichment features.
- Impersonation
Misrepresenting your identity or falsely claiming affiliation with any person or organization.
- Malware distribution
Uploading, transmitting, or distributing viruses, malware, or other malicious code through the platform.
- Violating third-party rights
Infringing on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties.
Email Campaign Rules
All email campaigns must comply with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and other anti-spam legislation. The following are prohibited:
- Sending emails without proper consent
All email recipients must have explicitly opted in or have an existing business relationship.
- Failing to honor unsubscribe requests
You must process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days and never email those who have opted out.
- Missing or false sender identification
All emails must clearly identify the sender with accurate contact information and physical address.
- Deceptive subject lines
Subject lines must accurately reflect the content of the message.
- Purchasing or using scraped email lists
Only use email addresses obtained through legitimate, consent-based methods.
CAN-SPAM Compliance Requirements
- Include a valid physical postal address in every email
- Provide a clear and conspicuous opt-out mechanism
- Honor opt-out requests within 10 business days
- Do not use deceptive headers, "From" names, or subject lines

Voice Agent Rules
Voice agents and outbound calling must comply with TCPA, TSR, and applicable telecommunications regulations. The following are prohibited:
- Making calls without prior consent
Voice calls require prior express consent from recipients, especially for marketing purposes.
- Calling numbers on Do Not Call lists
You must scrub your call lists against national and state Do Not Call registries.
- Failing to identify AI-generated calls
Recipients must be informed when they are interacting with an AI voice agent when required by law.
- Calling outside permitted hours
Calls must only be made during permitted hours (typically 8 AM - 9 PM in the recipient's time zone).
- Abandoning calls or excessive call volume
Maintain appropriate call abandonment rates and do not overload recipient phone systems.
TCPA Compliance Requirements
- Obtain prior express written consent for marketing calls
- Maintain internal Do Not Call lists
- Identify yourself and your organization at the beginning of calls
- Provide a callback number during the call
- Honor Do Not Call requests immediately and maintain records
SMS Messaging Rules
SMS messaging must comply with TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and carrier requirements:
- Sending SMS without express written consent
Text message marketing requires express written consent from recipients.
- Failing to provide opt-out instructions
All SMS messages must include clear instructions on how to opt out (e.g., "Reply STOP").
- Sending messages to landlines
Only send SMS to mobile numbers capable of receiving text messages.
AI Usage Rules
Our AI-powered features must be used responsibly. The following are prohibited:
- Generating harmful or illegal content

- Creating deepfakes or misleading media

Using AI outputs for consequential decisions without appropriate human review.
Lead Enrichment and Data Usage
When using our lead enrichment features, you must:
- Use enriched data only for legitimate business purposes
- Respect data subjects' privacy rights and preferences
- Not resell, redistribute, or share enriched data with unauthorized parties
- Delete data upon request from data subjects
- Maintain appropriate data security measures
- Comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection laws
Consequences of Violations
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in the following actions:
1. Warning
For first-time or minor violations, we may issue a warning and request immediate corrective action.
2. Temporary Suspension
For repeated or moderate violations, we may temporarily suspend your account or specific features while the issue is investigated.
3. Account Termination
For severe or repeated violations, we may permanently terminate your account without refund. We may also report illegal activities to appropriate authorities.
